Introducing New Artistic Director Michael Lewanski!
The Lakeview Orchestra is thrilled to introduce Michael Lewanski as the new Artistic Director and conductor of the Orchestra!
Michael will be the second Artistic Director in the Orchestra's history, building on the extraordinary legacy and leadership of founding Artistic Director Gregory Hughes, who established the ensemble in 2013.
Michael’s appointment follows a 18-month search process led by a search committee, with valuable input from our musicians, audiences, and other community stakeholders. Thank you to everyone who gave input during the process.
We are so excited to welcome Michael to the Lakeview Orchestra team, and to move forward to the next era of the Orchestra under his leadership!
